£18,000 – basic, with nearly 30% commission with no validation and an OTE £35,000 – £50,000.
Overview:
A rare opportunity for a part or fully CeMAP qualified sales individual to join an established chain of estate agents as an in-house mortgage broker in the Walthamstow area with full training provided by the mortgage sales director.
Main Duties
A rare and excellent opportunity has arisen for a part or fully qualified CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified sales individual to join an established estate agency chain in the Walthamstow area to work as an in-house Mortgage Broker.
Our client is offering an opportunity to trainee mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, with at least the CeMAP 1 qualification or equivalent to work from one of the busiest estate agencies in the Walthamstow area offering the new and existing client’s advice on mortgages and the associate protection products.
Working closely with the mortgage sales director as well as the estate agency staff you will offer the clients advice on residential mortgages as well as protection products including life cover, critical illness, ASU and buildings and contents as well as referring any pension and investment business to the qualified financial advisers.

A well respected independently owned chain of estate agents that has been established for over 20 years and has over 10 estate agency offices scattered in North and East London area.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from individuals who have at least the CeMAP 1 qualification, a full UK driving licence, face to face sales background, a clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
