OTE £35,000 – £80,000 – commission splits from 40% – 80%
Overview:
A flexible opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-known independently owned chain of Estate Agents that has been established for over 20 years and has now over 10 estate agency offices scattered in North and East London area, working from the estate agency office in the Walthamstow area, earning on average £1,500 per case.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser possessing either full CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualification to join our client who is an independently owned Estate Agent that has been trading for 20 years and has built a chain of over 10 estate agents in the North and East London area.
Our client will offer a rare work/life balance to work from the busy financial services focused estate agency office in the Walthamstow area along with working from home and visiting clients when and where required.
As well as hot leads generated via the branch on a day to day basis you will also have access to the warm existing loyal client database.
You will offer to review the existing client’s mortgage and protection policies and offer to review their current policies offering suitable alternatives to meet the client’s needs and requirements. You will offer advice in mortgages and protection including Life, Life and Critical Illness, ASU, PHI, Mortgage Payment Protection and Buildings and contents. You will also receive commission on referrals to the legal team.
Based on averages you will earn £1500 per mortgage case including the broker, proc fee and life business, giving excellent earnings potential.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified individuals who possess face to face mortgage advising or mortgage broking experience. You should also be experience in offering advice on all aspects of residential mortgages and the associated protection products, including life, critical illness, ASU, mortgage payment protection, IPP and buildings and contents and be able to demonstrate a good track record in a sales environment.
Applications are welcomed from experienced mortgage brokers, mortgage advisers, mortgage IFA’s from either a bank, estate agency, mortgage brokers or an IFA providing the full CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6 have been attained.
