Overview:
Join a nationally renowned brokerage firm in the new build department, covering the London area, all while working from the comfort of your own home. As a qualified Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Adviser, or Mortgage Broker, you’ll receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week and play a pivotal role in generating additional leads from existing new build sites.
Main Duties:
This rare and exciting opportunity entails:
- Offering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients.
- Collaborating closely with a shared ownership company and prominent property developers in the UK.
- Receiving 4-6 high-quality leads weekly, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Generating leads by establishing contacts with various new build sites across London.
- Maintaining strong business relationships with new build developers.
- Providing swift and precise responses to new build enquiries, crucial for securing client commitments in purchasing new build properties.
- Leveraging the leads to write mortgages ranging from £10,000 – £15,000 monthly, translating to impressive earnings of £55,000 – £80,000, based on averages.
Key Skills:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Full CeMAP qualification.
- A proven track record in offering mortgage and protection advice while residing in the London area.
- Experience in new build mortgages and working from home.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- A clean credit history, without complaints or disciplinary issues.
- No criminal convictions and a valid UK driving license.
