Overview:
An established mortgage broker firm that has strong links with local professional introducers in and around the Chester and North Wales area, requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor to deal with the new leads generated on a daily basis, plus have full access to the existing client base. The realistic expectation is to write £17,500 – £20,000, due to the excellent lead source, in return offering realistic earnings of £65,000 – £80,000.
Main Duties:
As an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, or mortgage advisor living in the Chester and North Wales area, you will work for an established independently owned mortgage broker firm, that has an excellent working relationship with 3 – 4 offices of professional introducers.
Working closely with the team, this financially focused team of introducers will generate enough new leads and clients to be able to write between £17,500 – £20,000 of broker, proc fees and life business.
Not only will the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or mortgage advisor receive new leads daily, but you will also have full unlimited access to the existing client base, where remortgage advice is required.
Working in the Chester, Rhyl, and Llandudno areas, you will offer whole of market mortgage advice on a panel of 5 – 6 life providers, enabling you to offer comprehensive advice to the new and existing clients.
To enable the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser our client will also offer administrative support, to ensure that the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser spends more time dealing with clients rather than administration.
Key Skills:
As this is a regulated mortgage advisor job in Chester, applications will only be considered from experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers or mortgage advisors who are experienced in offering advice on mortgages and the associated protection products.
Applications will be considered from telephone or zoom-based mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, providing a track record of offering mortgage and protection advice can be demonstrated.
A full UK driving license, along with a clean credit history and no criminal convictions is also essential for this role.
