Given the pandemic work from home has become more of a lifestyle and generally accepted in many workplaces. However whilst at home, this new environment could still be strange and easily affect productivity. Here’s a few tips on how we can deal with any issues:
Taking a walk around lunchtime to clear the head is great way of revitalising yourself for the dreaded afternoon slump!
A much better option that coffee or energy drinks which will only give a short term spike but then a possible low.
Take a few minutes for a break in between sessions for some deep breathing and have some time for yourself.
Sounds silly but a few stretches can do the world of good in between video calls…just make sure the camera isn’t on!
Maybe at the start or end of the day so that you have time to reflect on focus on what really matters.
Either to wind down or speed up!
