Overview:
A rare opportunity for a part CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to join an established independently-owned mortgage broker firm in the St. Albans area, where full training is provided.
Main Duties:
Our client is a well-respected whole of market mortgage brokers and due to expansion are looking to recruit a part CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to join the team, initially as a mortgage administrator before progressing to become a mortgage broker.
Working with the existing team of mortgage administrators, as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, you will also work alongside a team of whole of market mortgage brokers, learning the companies’ processes, and systems as well as getting a “hands-on” experience of dealing with the clients.
It is important to start working with the mortgage admin team, as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser based in St. Albans, you will understand the mortgage application processes, and how a mortgage application is processed.
Along with full training and knowledge, the trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser living in the St. Albans area, you will also be studying for the CeMAP exam.
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from part CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage brokers or mortgages advisers, with clean credit history with no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail are also essential for this rare opportunity in the St. Albans area.
