£24,000 – £26,000 basic plus company benefits.
Overview:
An established mortgage brokers that has strong links with a very well-known estate agency in the Hammersmith area require a trainee full or part CeMAP qualified individual to join the company working alongside a senior mortgage and protection broker, offering administrative support, as well as accompanying the mortgage broker on client meetings.
Main Duties:
Working alongside a successful and experienced whole of market mortgage and protection broker, you will receive on to one training and support. Assisting the broker with all administrative duties you will learn about the mortgage procedures and what is required to complete a mortgage and protection case.
As well as offering full admin support, you will also sit in on client meetings and learn how to deal with clients on an individual basis ensuring that the receive compliant and correct advice.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the part or the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with some experience in the financial services industry.
This role would suit a financial services administrator who is looking to become a mortgage broker, or a sales professional who also has a good attention to detail and has passed part or all of the CeMAP exams.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is also required.
