To £28,000 – £40,000 basic plus £4k car allowance with an OTE £75,000 – £95,000
Overview:
Senior mortgage broker vacancy in St. Albans for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to deal with properties up to £1.5m, offering excellent earnings potential
Main Duties:
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to deal with HNW clients and large property sizes in the St. Albans area, in return our client will offer a basic to £40k (dependent upon experience) and based on previous banking’s earnings of £95k.
Due to the existing broker making an internal move, this market leading estate agency branch now requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in St. Albans to offer whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business.
Joining the existing financial services focused team, you will offer mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and protection business
Ideally you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents and can work as art of a team.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.
You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided.
Applications will be considered from mortgage brokers, mortgage advisers, bank-based mortgage advisers, and other mortgage professionals with face-to-face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience.
