OTE £35,000 – £80,000 – commission splits from 40% – 80%
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a mortgage broker who wants to “go it alone” but doesn’t have enough clients or leads to make it work.
Main Duties:
Our client is offering the opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker who wants to go on their own, but don’t have enough clients or leads to set up their own business.
One option is to be based from one of the estate agencies in the Hackney area with leads generated for you by the team of introducers. Working from the office and home you will deal with the fresh leads provided in a swift timely manner offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
The other option is to work from home with your own clients, have access to an existing loyal client based of clients as well as receiving new leads via online marketing and advertising.
Both roles will offer you the opportunity to build your own business and offer whole of market advice on mortgages and protection, with fantastic commission splits.
Key Skills:
Previous mortgage broker experience with the drive, motivation, and hunger to build your own business is essential for this role.
