OTE £50,000 – £80,000 – commission splits from 50% – 60%
Overview:
Outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-known independently owned mortgage brokers in the Canvey Island area with all leads and client supplied.
Main Duties:
Bryn McMillan Consulting has been retained to recruit an experienced mortgage broker to join an independently owned mortgage broker firm in the Canvey Island area.
Our client has a number of local professional introducers as well as leads and referrals from other sources and due to the number of leads being generated an additional mortgage broker is required to work alongside the business owner and offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
At present over 20 leads per week are being generated with additional introducers wanting to work alongside this very busy whole of market mortgage broker.
As well as all the leads provided, full admin support is provided to submit, chase and finalise all mortgage and protection products.

Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified individuals who possess face to face mortgage broking experience. You should also be experience in offering advice on all aspects of residential mortgages and the associated protection products, including life, critical illness, ASU, mortgage payment protection, IPP and buildings and contents and be able to demonstrate a good track record in a sales environment.
