Overview:

A rare opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified experienced mortgage professional to join one of UK’s best known mortgage brokers as the sales quality support manager, supervising a team of 3 – 4 mortgage sales quality administrators.

Main Duties:

Working with one of the UK’s best known and recognised brands, as the mortgage sales quality support manager, you will be required to supervise an existing team of mortgage sales quality administrators, ensuring that the demands of the business are met and ensuring consistency and high standards across the team.

As well as supervising the existing team of sales quality administrators, you will also be responsible for managing your own case load of mortgage files to be checked for quality.

You will be required to offer support, training and coaching to new advisors to ensure they understand our requirements and ensure cases are passed by the network.

As well as supporting the new mortgage brokers on how to achieve the standards required, you will also provide monthly reports to the senior management team with regards to the sales quality.

Collaboration and liaison with the company network, along with the head of compliance and training team to ensure advice standards are fit for purpose and key areas communicated and trained to both the mortgage brokers and their sales managers. Collaboration with the fraud manager to ensure all cases are checked with fraud triggers in mind, and reported accordingly, you will also be required to attend regular attendance at team meetings to provide updates and training on sales quality

Key Skills:

As this is a senior position, previous mortgage sales quality is essential, along with the ability to offer support and guidance to new mortgage brokers on how they need to achieve the standard set-in terms of sales quality.

You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), possess previous file checking experience is essential.

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail are key for this role, previous supervisory or management experience is desirable but is not essential.

Summary:

As the sales quality sales manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient, comprehensive compliance support to various regions within the mortgage broker firm, with the emphasis on managing a sales quality checking team, and providing sales quality support to the senior management team.
