Overview:
An experienced financial services administrator in Marlborough, is required to join a well respected national financial planning and wealth management firm, which employs over 200 staff including over 50 financial planners & wealth advisers.
Main Duties:
An experienced financial services administrator in Marlborough, is required to join a well-respected national financial planning and wealth management firm, which employs over 200 staff including over 50 financial planners & wealth advisers.
As an experienced financial services administrator in Marlborough you will work with the established team of wealth advisers in the existing administration team, your main duties will be dealing with the client’s inquiries and requests, via telephone, email and written replies.
Other duties involved:
- Process new business, prepare the client review packs for the financial planners and wealth advisers, as well arranging client meetings and managing the adviser diary.
- Working closely with the team of financial planners and wealth advisers, you will obtain illustrations to meet the clients’ financial needs.
- Offering back-office support, you will ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the firms procedures, as well maintaining the client records on the companies CRM,
Key Skills:
Previous experience in a financial planning firm is essential, level 3 qualifications in financial administration is preferable, however, training will be provided to gain this qualification.
A good working knowledge of platforms is essential, and an understanding of model portfolios is preferable.
Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail including proof reading for grammar, spelling and punctuation
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities are a necessity to work in this fast-paced environment.
