Overview:
An independently owned directly authorised Mortgage Brokers who possess strong links with Estate Agents in the West London area require a Trainee Mortgage Broker to deal with the large amount of leads being generated on a day to day basis.
Main Duties:
Our client is an independently owned Mortgage Brokers who have very strong links to a well-established Estate Agency office in the West London area.
Due to the amount of leads being generated on a day to day basis, require a Trainee Mortgage Broker to join the existing team offering whole of market mortgage advice with this directly authorised firm
You will deal with 10-15 appointments per week and targeted to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week, dealing with mortgages with a loan size of £350k – £400k and a case size of £2,000 – £2,500.
As this role is directly authorised the successful Mortgage Broker will have access to the whole of market for mortgages and a panel of 6-10 for protection. In return you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 plus 10% of all business banked for the first £10k per month, £15% thereafter.
The average mortgage size is £350k – £400k and case size is £2,000 – £2,500, based on these figures the broker will earn an additional £200 – £500 per week (£28,000 – £48,000) per annum on top of the basic salary.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP or MAQ or CF1 & CF6 qualified individuals who possess a track record in a sales enviornment.
