To £32,000 basic plus car or allowance with an OTE £65,000 – £80,000
Overview:
An established mortgage brokers that has strong links with a national estate agency, require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to work from a busy estate agency office in the Sittingbourne area offering advice on mortgages and protection, in return you will receive a basic to £32k and uncapped earnings with a realistic OTE of £60,000 plus.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who has strong links with an established estate agency office in the Sittingbourne area, providing mortgage and protection advice to the new and existing clients.
You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business.
Working with the financial services focused team, you will receive 10 – 12 leads per week, where you will be looking to bank 7 – 9 mortgages per month, based on averages you will earn an additional £2,000 – £3,000 per month.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and protection business
Ideally you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents and can work as art of a team.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.
You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of Protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided.
Applications will be considered from mortgage brokers, mortgage advisers, bank-based mortgage advisers and other mortgage professionals with face to face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience.
