Overview:
An exceptional and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services trainer or mortgage trainer to join one of the UK’s largest and best-known mortgage networks based in the Northampton and Bedford area offering CeMAP and sales training to brand new entrants to the mortgage industry.
Main Duties:
Our client is one of the UK’s best known and widely recognised mortgage broker networks and due to expansion are looking to recruit an additional mortgage trainer to join their national team, based ideally in the Northampton or Bedford area.
Your main duties as a mortgage trainer, will be assisting the attendees of the course full training with regards to the CeMAP 1 qualification and helping them to understand the exam and how to pass the qualification.
As well as offering full training with regards to passing the CeMAP qualification, you will also offer sales training on how to conduct client mortgage meetings, face to face, via zoom or over the telephone.
You will carry out video analysis of the fact finds completed by the attendees of the course.
Key Skills:
As a mortgage trainer, you must be experienced in presenting training and induction courses in the financial services industry, including how to pass the CeMAP exams as well as how to advice clients with regards to mortgages and protection.
You must have a thorough understanding of the CeMAP exams as well as the FCA’s rules and regulations and the importance of following the mortgage process.
You should be experienced in dealing with new recruits to the financial services industry and ensure that after the training course they have a thorough understanding of the mortgage industry, how to pass the CeMAP exams and how to conduct a compliant fact find and offer suitable mortgage and protection advice.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is a necessity for this absolutely fantastic opportunity.
