Remuneration:
Basic to £28,000, plus car or allowance, 33 Days Paid Holiday, Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards, and Incentives, OTE £45,000 – £50,000 in year 1, £60,000 – £80,000 2nd year onwards
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to join our client who has been established for over 20 years and has over 100 offices in the London and Southeast, covering a busy branch in the Worthing area offering whole of market advice on mortgages and protection.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully qualified (CeMAP or MAQ or CF1 and CF6) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join our client who has been established for over 20 years and currently has over 100 offices in the South East.
Over 15 new leads are generated per week, with 4 – 5 mortgages signed up and 3-4 going through to completion on top of this, you should be able to reach a conversion rate for protection of over 60%.
Based on averages you should be looking to bank 12 – 15 mortgages per month with an average case size of £2,000, giving you an additional £4k in bonuses per month.
Working closely with the regional mortgage sales manager as well as the estate agency staff you will offer new and existing client’s advice on mortgage and protection including life cover, critical illness, ASU, income protection as well as buildings and contents insurance.
Not only will you receive new enquires on a day-to-day basis but you will also have access to the company’s existing client base and be able to contact the existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection needs and requirements.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess the full CeMAP along with a track record in a sales environment ideally within a face to face role.
