Overview:
An established mortgage broker firm that has strong links with a local well-known estate agency in and around the Shropshire and West Midlands area, require an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from the offices 3-4 days a week and handle pre-qualified leads from a flagship estate agency office in the centre of Telford
Main Duties:
As an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will work for an established independently owned mortgage broker firm, that has a long-standing relationship with a well-known reputable estate agency chain in and around the Shropshire and West Midlands area, where you will offer the whole of market advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products.
Working from the flagship estate agency office in Telford, this financial focused team of introducers will generate 15-20 new mortgage appointments per week, where the current mortgage conversion rate is 5-7 mortgage sign ups per week, with an average case size (including protection) of £1,800.
This flagship estate agency office in Telford provides the opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to write between £25,000 – £35,000 in broker , proc fees and life bankings per month, and based on the excellent commission structure offers earnings of £5,000 – £9,000 additional earnings per month, giving a six-figure earning potential!!!
The leads referred by the team of introducers are then pre-qualified with income and expenditure carried out before being booked into the diary of the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, ensuring that your valuable time is spent with clients who are eligible for a mortgage.
To enable the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser our client will also offer administrative support, to ensure that the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser spends more time dealing with clients rather than administration.
Key Skills:
As this is a regulated mortgage position, applications will only be considered from experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who are experienced in offering advice on mortgages and the associated protection products.
Applications will be considered from telephone or zoom-based mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, providing a track record of offering mortgage and protection advice can be demonstrated.
A full UK driving license, along with a clean credit history and no criminal convictions is also essential for this role.
Summary:
An experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work alongside a financial service-focused team of introducers, where all leads are pre-qualified, and the clients spoken to before being booked into your diary.
