Remuneration:
To £35,000 basic plus car or £4,000 car allowance, financial guarantees with an OTE £65,000 – £75,000.
Overview:
An established mortgage brokers that has strong links with a very well-known estate agency in the Sawbridgeworth area require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to offer whole of market advice on mortgage and protection business with uncapped earnings.
Main Duties:
Working a driven team of sales negotiators, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Dealing with HNW clients and properties up to £1.8m you will ensure that the client receives a first-class service as well as the correct mortgage and protection advice is given.
You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and protection business
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from the team of introducers.
You must also possess a good track record of offering advice on mortgage related protection business.
Applications will be considered from mortgage brokers, with face-to-face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work for an established leading estate agency introducer and offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to HNW clients in the Sawbridgeworth area dealing with mortgages of up to £1.8m.
