£24,000 – £28,000 basic, guarantees for 6 months plus car/car allowance, OTE £45k year 1, £60k year 2
Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to join an established firm in the Orpington area, or a bank-based mortgage adviser looking to make the transition to becoming a mortgage broker but requires the training and finances to make the move.
Main Duties:
Working alongside the incentivised team of introducers you will be required to deal with 10 – 15 appointments per week where you should be signing up 4-5 mortgages per week, with 2 – 3 mortgages going through to completion.
Working with the staff in the Orpington area, you will deal with the new leads referred over on a day-to-day basis as well as having access to the existing clients.
You will be offering whole of market advice on mortgages as well as protection business.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the branch, experience of offering mortgage advice on a tied or a whole of market basis is essential along with a clean credit history and full clean driving licence.
