Remuneration:
£24,000 – £32,000 basic plus £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, pension, DIS and an OTE of £50k – £60k.
Overview:
A well-known estate agency branch in the Longton, Stoke-on-Trent require an experienced mortgage broker to offer whole of market advice on mortgages and the associated protection products.
Our client will also offer the successful mortgage broker the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week and handle the mortgage enquiries.
Main Duties:
As a mortgage broker you will be working alongside the financial services focused team of sales negotiators and experienced branch managers, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients that are generated on a day-to-day basis.
As well as receiving regular introductions, you will also have access to the existing client database, where you can offer remortgage and protection advice to the loyal existing clients database.
Our client will also the opportunity to work from home 2 – 3 days a week, once you have built a strong working relationship with the team allowing you to have full control over your diary, providing you meet the clients’ expectations.
This branch deals with mortgages up to £350k with an average case size of £1,800, giving excellent earnings potential
Key Skills:
As you will be the only mortgage broker covering the estate agency branch, it is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and the associated mortgage protection products.
Ideally you will be currently working as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser and worked with professional introducers including estate agents or banks or building societies.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers.
