Remuneration:
£30,000 – £40,000 basic plus £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, financial guarantees to £45k – £50k with an OTE £75,000 – £90,000
Overview:
A flagship estate agency branch requires an experienced mortgage broker or a mortgage adviser from a banking or building society background to work in their extremely busy office ion the High Wycombe, where you will average 2 – 3 1st appointments per day and the opportunity to bank between £250k – £300k per annum, offering fantastic earnings potential
Main Duties:
Due to the existing mortgage brokers decided to set up their own mortgage broker firm with the same company, 2 experienced mortgage brokers are required to work from a busy estate agency office in the High Wycombe area that not only offers the opportunity to bank between £250k – £300k per annum but offers excellent flexibility in working hours and fantastic OTE.
Working alongside the very experienced mortgage sales manager and the team of incentivised introducers you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new clients as well as having access to the existing database of clients.
The team will be able to support you with 2 – 3 1st appointments per day, allowing you to write 3 – 4 mortgages per week.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages.
Ideally you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents or banks or building societies.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work from a terribly busy, financial services focused estate agency office in the High Wycombe area where you will bank between £250k – £300k earning over £75k, with flexible working hours.
