Overview:
An extremely busy estate agency branch with a fantastic brand and reputation, require an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work in the Consett area, where you will receive new leads on a day to day to basis.
Main Duties:
A mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work with one of the UK’s best known and well recognised estate agency firms in the Consett area.
Working alongside the financial services focused team of sales negotiators and an experienced branch manager in Consett, as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients that are generated on a day-to-day basis.
As well as receiving regular introductions, you will also have access to the existing client database, where as a mortgage broker or mortgage advisor you can offer remortgage and protection advice to the loyal existing clients database.
Our client is offering a good basic salary plus benefits and high on target earnings
Key Skills:
It is essential that you are an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser and live in the Consett area, either the full CeMAP qualification or CF1 & CF6 (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages this can be as a tied mortgage adviser or as a whole of market mortgage broker,
Ideally you will be experienced in working with professional introducers including estate agents or banks or building societies.
The ability to be a team player and work closely with the team of introducers as well having the confidence to contact the existing client base and offer to reevaluate their current mortgage and protection arrangements.
Remuneration:
Up to £30,000 basic plus £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, pension, DIS and an OTE of £55,000 – £60,000
