Up to £32,000 basic including £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, pension, DIS and an OTE of £55k – £60k
Overview:
An experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work in a flagship and market-leading estate agency office in Burton-on-Trent offering whole of market mortgage advice to new and existing clients, excellent basic salary and high earnings are on offer. This is predominantly a branch-based role with flexible options.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will be required to work with a financial services-focused estate agency office in the Burton-on-Trent office.
Working alongside the flagship and market-leading estate agency office you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
The financial services focused team of introducers will arrange on average 8 – 10 first appointments per week, based on past performance the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser should write 12 – 15 mortgages per month.
Due to an internal promotion, the new mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will also have access to the existing database of clients.
The Burton-on-Trent flagship estate agency office averages 15 property sales per month, where the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Burton-on-Trent area, will deal with properties of approx. £100k and a case size of £2,000, giving fantastic earnings potential.
Key Skills:
As you will be the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working from the flagship, market-leading estate agency office in Burton-on-Trent, applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess the CeMAP qualification along with CAS.
Previous face-to-face mortgage advising experience is essential for this role along with a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
Summary:
An experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work in a market-leading, flagship estate agency office in the prime location of Burton-on-Trent, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you should be writing 12 – 15 mortgage applications per month.
