Experienced mortgage administrator to join an established existing team of mortgage administrators working closely with a team of whole of market mortgage brokers in the St. Albans area to personal dealing with 40-50 new mortgages per month.
An independently owned mortgage broker requires an experienced mortgage administrator in St. Albans to work alongside a team of mortgage brokers offering full mortgage administrative support.
You will be required to act as the first point of contact with the clients chasing any outstanding information as well as contacting the relevant mortgage lenders chasing any outstanding information and providing regular updates to the clients.
You will ensure that all relevant documentation has been checked before submitting the documentation to the lenders.
As an experienced mortgage administrator working in the St. Albans area, you will personally deal with on average 50-60 new mortgage applications per month.
Previous mortgage administration experience is essential, along with a good working knowledge of the mortgage process, mortgage administrator in St. Albans is required.
Mortgage administrators with a good working knowledge of the lender systems and ideally “The Key” would be an advantage, however, is not essential as full training is provided.
