Overview:
Mortgage administrator vacancy in South West London, for an experienced financial services administrator. Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage administrator or mortgage paraplanner to join an independently owned HNW mortgage broker firm.
Main Duties:
A mortgage administrator is required to work alongside 2 senior mortgage brokers in the Knightsbridge area, where you work alongside the senior whole of market HNW mortgage brokers.
Working with the 2 mortgage brokers you will offer full mortgage administrative support, dealing with 4-6 new residential mortgage applications per week, where the mortgages range from £500k to £3m, as well as dealing with the existing mortgages in the pipeline.
As well as offering full mortgage administrative support, you will also act as first point of contact to the HNW clients, you will keep the clients updated on their mortgage application, as well as chasing solicitors, mortgage lenders and vendors.
You will ensure that all relevant documentation has been checked and is compliance before submitting the documentation to the relevant mortgage lenders.
Key Skills:
As the mortgage administrator based in Knightsbridge, working with 2 very busy HNW mortgage brokers, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of the mortgage process.
Previous mortgage administration, along with excellent communication skills, both written and oral and attention to detail is also vital for this role.
