A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage administrator or financial services sales support administrator to work with an independently owned mortgage broker firm in the Harrow area offering full administrative support to the senior mortgage broker.

Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage administrator or financial services sales support administrator you will work closely with the senior mortgage and protection broker and offer full administrative support to the senior mortgage and protection broker.
Working closely with the senior mortgage and protection broker, you will deal with all mortgage administrative duties, helping the broker source suitable mortgage and protection products to meet the clients needs and requirements, packaging the mortgage and protection case ready for submission to be sent to the relevant mortgage lender or life company.
As well as ensuring that all documentation is correct and compliant, as a mortgage administrator you will also maintain contact with the clients, lenders and solicitors ensuring the smooth mortgage application process.
Not only will you deal with submitting the documentation to the relevant mortgage lender or life company, but you will also check the new business documentation before sending to the clients.
Key Skills:
Previous mortgage administration or financial services sales support administration experience is essential for this role.
Knowledge of the mortgage submission process is paramount to enable the senior mortgage and protection broker to offer full advice on mortgages and protection.
Applications will be considered from experienced financial services administrators or experienced mortgage brokers who are looking to step away from advising and become a mortgage broker.
Great telephone skills and empathy when helping clients through their home purchase is a must. The successful candidate will be outgoing and positive with excellent administrative and accuracy skills, is ambitious and looking to progress their career within the company.
