£25,000 – £28,000 basic plus bonuses paid monthly, OTE £50,000 – £60,000
Overview:
An independently owned mortgage brokers who possess strong links with estate agents and new build developers in and around the London area require an additional experienced mortgage broker to join their existing team of 8 mortgage brokers where you will receive between 15 – 25 new leads per week with full admin support.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who has strong links with various estate agents as well as new build developers in and around the London area.
Joining the existing team of 8 mortgage brokers you will personally receive between 3 – 5 new enquiries per day (15 – 25 per week). You will be required to offer whole of market mortgage advice and refer the protection business to the dedicated experienced team of protection brokers.
Not only will all the leads be provided, but so will full administrative support. Once the client has accepted your mortgage proposal, all the file will be passed to the new business team who will process the new business and chase any outstanding information.
This will enable you to deal with each new client in a professional and timely manner.
Key Skills:
It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages.
Ideally you will have worked with professional introducers including estate agents and previously dealt with new build mortgages.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers.
Applications will be considered from mortgage brokers, mortgage advisers, bank-based mortgage advisers.
