Basic to £26,000 plus pension, DIS, car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £55,000 – £80,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-known national mortgage brokerage firm in the new build department covering the Wakefield area. Working from home you will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Dealing with local new build developers you will receive 4 – 6 hot new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a non-fee basis. As well as receiving the new leads regularly you will be able to generate your leads from contacting various new build sites in the Wakefield area.
As well as the national, well known new build developers referring leads over on a regular basis, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Wakefield area, will also receive leads with regards to shared ownership as well as help to buy enquiries.
You will also be required to maintain the business relationship with the new build developers.
As you will be dealing with new build inquiries, you must deal with inquiries in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will want a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.
You should be looking to bank at least £2,500 per week, earning 20% of everything banked.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.
New build mortgage experience would be an advantage, however, due to the fantastic training on offer, applications will be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers living in the Wakefield area.
