Remuneration:
Basic to £26,000 plus car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £55k – £80k
Overview:
- An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-known national broker firm in the new build department covering the Surrey area.
- Working from home you will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.
Main Duties:
- A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
- Dealing with local new build developers you will receive 4 – 6 hot new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a non-fee basis. As well as receiving the new leads on a regular basis you will be able to generate own leads from contacting various new build sites in the Surrey area.
- You will also be required to maintain the business relationship with the new build developers.
- As you will be dealing with new build enquiries it is imperative that you deal with enquiries in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will be wanting a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.
- You should be looking to bank at least £2,500 per week, earning 20% of everything banked.
Key Skills:
- Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.
- New build mortgage broker would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in-home working.
