Overview:
A rare opportunity for a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home for a directly authorized mortgage broker firm, dealing with high-quality pre-qualified leads, with an average case size of £4,500.
Main Duties:
As a home-based mortgage and protection broker, you will receive on average 2 – 3 high-quality, pre-qualified leads per week, with an average case size is £4,500.
These quality leads are generated via various sources and then thoroughly vetted, via a dedicated, incentivized client servicing team before being booked into your diary 7 days later, the client is then kept informed about the appointment to ensure that all the relevant paperwork and clients will attend your meeting.
Carrying out an in-depth and detailed mortgage fact find; you will ascertain the correct mortgage, as well as the associated protection products, is suitable for the client. As a whole market mortgage broker, you will have access to hundreds of lenders, as well as a strong panel for protection products.
You will then offer the client that opportunity to pay a one-off fee or a lifetime mortgage fee, all of which will be discussed with the client before the first appointment.
Not only are all of the top-quality leads provided, but you will also receive backup and support from the dedicated sales, compliance, and administration departments.

Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage advisers or mortgage brokers who have previous experience in offering mortgage and protection advice, applications will be considered from bank-based advisers. Experience in working in a free environment would be a distinct advantage.
