£25,500 – £32,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £70,000-£80,000
Overview:
Mortgage Broker required to work from home dealing with leads generated via various introducers including high street estate agents as well as virtual estate agencies in the London area.
Main Duties:
Our client is an established mortgage broker firm who has extraordinarily strong links with typical high street estate agencies as well as well virtual estate agencies.
Working from home you will deal with the hot leads generated via the current property market boom.
Contacting the clients, you will arrange telephone, zoom and if safe face to face meetings to discuss their mortgage and protection needs.
You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to protection and a good panel for protection business.
Dealing with various introducers in the London area you will receive 8 – 12 new leads per week
Key Skills:
As you will be working from home previous mortgage advisor experience is essential ideally within a broker environment, however, applications will be considered from experience mortgage advisers from a banking or tied background.
You should also be experienced in cross selling protection on the back of the mortgages including life, life and critical illness, income protection and family income protection.
