Overview:
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home and in a flagship office in Stoke Newington, where an average of over 200 properties are sold per month in the geographical location, you will be dealing with mortgages up to £5 million, however, the average property price is £800k offering excellent earnings potential.
Main Duties:
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser covering the Stoke Newington branch you will work alongside a pro-active financial services friendly manager and staff. You will be dealing with HNW clients, where the average mortgage loan size is £750k – £800k and the average case size is £2,500 plus.
Dealing with new leads referred via the team of introducers, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Stoke Newington estate agency office, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new leads referred over on a day-to-day basis.
As well as dealing new HNW leads every day, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will have unrestricted access to the existing HNW clients.
This branch will enable the successful broker to bank over £200k and earn over £100k.
Our client will offer the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to also work from home a couple of days per week as well as the HNW estate agency office.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers with an excellent track record of advising on mortgages and protection.
CAS along with the CeMAP qualification is essential for this role.
The ability to deal with HNW clients and previous experience of dealing with £1m plus mortgages is also essential for this role.
