Remuneration:
£30,000 – £40,000 basic plus car allowance with an OTE £65,000 – £75,000
Overview:
An established mortgage brokers that has strong links with an HNW estate agency, in the Balham, Battersea & Clapham areas, require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to cover the busy offices offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing HNW clients with properties up to £2m.
Main Duties:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who has strong links with an established HNW estate agency office in the Balham, Battersea & Clapham area, providing mortgage and protection advice to the new and existing clients.
You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business.
Within these branches you will deal with properties ranging from £500k to £2m mortgage with average proc. fee of £1,700 and case size of £3,500!!
Key Skills:
It is essential that you are an experienced mortgage and protection advisor and hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS).
Previous experience of working with estate agency introducers and ideally be banking at least £140k per annum.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices.
Experience of dealing with HNW clients is also a distinct advantage.
Summary:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work with HNW clients dealing with large mortgage loans and an average case size of £3,500. In return you will receive a basic to £40k plus car or allowance and uncapped bonuses and commissions.
