Basic to £40,000 plus full benefits including car, OTE £100,000
Job Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency professional to join one of the UK’s best-known brands as an estate agency area partner in the Leeds, West Yorkshire area.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the estate agency director in the Leeds, West Yorkshire area, as an estate agency area partner you will implement and deliver the area’s strategic operating plans including sales performance within the income, profit and market share across estate agency and legal services, with oversight and contribution to financial services and land and new homes.
- You will be required to build and develop the area team in Leeds, West Yorkshire to ensure that the team treat customers properly and generate business for the company.
- As well as ensuring that the area runs smoothly, you will also be responsible for recruiting, training & development, activity, and performance management.
Key Skills:
- Applications will only be considered from experienced estate agency staff ideally with management experience, senior estate agency staff may be considered, who are looking to become an estate agency area partner.
- You should possess the ability to motivate the team, conduct 1:1s as well as annual reviews with a focus on performance and development of individual reports.
- You must be able to understand and predict market trends across area business. Marketing experience would also be an advantage.
- A good understanding of the property market in and around the Leeds, West Yorkshire is also essential for the role of estate agency area partner
