£18k basic, plus car/car allowance, or commission only – £65,000 – £80,000
Overview:
A well-known independently owned estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker to work alongside the estate agency staff in the Harlow area offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
These branches will enable you to bank £15k – £20k per month
Main Duties:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an independently owned estate agency that has been trading for nearly 40 years offering whole of market to the HNW clients in the Harlow area.
These 2 branches will enable you to bank between £15k – £20k per month.
My client will offer either an employed or self-employed option dependent upon your own personal circumstances.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser and possess CAS with a clean credit history.
Experienced in offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice is also a distinct advantage.
Summary:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work from a busy HNW office in the Harlow area, with fantastic earnings potential.
