To £21,000 basic, dependent upon experience OTE £25,000 – £27,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for a mortgage case manager to join one of the top mortgage broker firm in the Shrewsbury area to manage and supervise the mortgage customer service team to make sure it performs at the highest standard possible and keep them in line with the companies and FCA regulations.
Main Duties:
Working within one of the well-known mortgage broker firms in the Shrewsbury area administering and progressing mortgage and protection applications.
You will be the main point of contact for clients once their application has been submitted and processed.
Have the flexibility to work from the office most days but have the chance to work from home from time to time working as a Hybrid Case Manager.
The mortgage broker firm is one of Shrewsbury’s best-known brands in the Shropshire area and has an unrivalled reputation.
As well as interacting with new and existing clients you will manage the diaries of advisors and book-in appointments with clients.

Key Skills:
Have an engaging personality and easily connect with new and existing clients and be able to build rapport with advisors and introducers.
Previous customer service experience is essential, as well as having GCSE or equivalent in Maths or English.
Good written and oral communication along with numeracy skills. Drive, ambition and self-motivation will help.
Experience with Microsoft, such as Word, Excel etc…
Must be able to work under the pressure of a targeted environment and be committed to going the extra mile for the clients or colleagues.
