Remuneration:
£45,000 to £50,000 basic with an OTE of £85,000 plus company car or car allowance, 33 days holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Private healthcare, rewards and incentives.
Overview:
Area mortgage sales manager job in Surrey & West Sussex. A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of 8-10 fully qualified experienced estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers in the Surrey and West Sussex area.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager in Surrey and West Sussex to work for our client, a well-established estate agency chain in the Southwest London area that has been established for over 30 years and has over 100 branches in and around the South East of England.
You will manage a team of 8-10 fully CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers driving the team forward to achieve sales targets. You will be required to carry out one-to-one with the team members, analysing of their KPIs and business conversion ensuring that all mortgage and cross-sales including life, critical illness, ASU, buildings and contents targets are achieved. You will offer the team full support and help them achieve their business and personal targets, dealing with any issues that arise.
Our client offers an excellent basic salary of up to £50,000 along with on-target earnings of £85,000 – £90,000.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers who possess a proven track record of managing and motivating a team of mortgage and protection brokers ideally within an estate agency environment, however, applicants will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers from a banking environment providing they have a successful track record.
Able to build a good rapport with colleagues alike, ability to motivate and inspire other people while also having exceptional communication skills, driven, motivated and hard-working.
